You`ll need Rolfe & Nolan Training in any of these scenarios:
- As a new customer - as you install and commission the new systems your project team and end users will need to undergo an intense period of training to familiarise you with all the features and functions
- As personnel changes occur - as you bring new people into your department, Rolfe & Nolan product and operations training will form an integral part of their induction programme
- Scheduled courses - for customers needing timely access to specific courses, we run a full calendar of scheduled courses at our head office location in the City of London
- Customised training - Rolfe & Nolan will work with you to develop a customised training programme uniquely tailored to your special requirements.
Our training team
Rolfe & Nolan Training is delivered by the most experienced members of our team. All of them have gained real-life experience tackling the day-to-day issues that arise in a busy Operations Department. Extensive documentation is provided, including slide presentations, areas for personal notes, useful tips and exercises.
Participants
Our scheduled courses are limited to six participants, so that the trainer can devote time and attention to each participant. Usually there will be delegates from two or three different institutions, and they learn from each other`s experience as well as from the curricular material.
Venue
Our fully equipped training facility is conveniently sited at our new office in London located near Tower Bridge. We also deliver training courses at customer sites.
